Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Smosh gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box or mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
